**Responsibilities**
- Control all general administration duties pertaining to the Australia and New Zealand business unit
- Management of incoming orders, logistics communications, stock and sales updates
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales Managers for new product launches
- Work with the National Business Manager to assist with the updating of customer information, field and customer presentations and product information
- Complete advertising and promotional expense reports and any documentation and reports for customer claim requests

**Skills and experience**
- Strong administration and office management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different functions/levels of employees, broad range of external key contacts
- Able to function independently with direction and self-starter
- FMCG experience is not essential, however, experience working within a grocery environment would be an advantage
- Graduate with 1-2years work experience in similar sales support roles
