Looking for an opportunity to make an impact? As the Group Strategy Analyst you will work closely with Senior Stakeholders on the execution of Asahi’s regional mid-term plan by autonomously working cross-functionally to deliver high value initiatives and complex projects aligned to the strategy - including value creation through strategic regional projects, transformation initiatives, M&A, partnerships and joint ventures.

Your new role sits within the Group Growth & Strategy division which gives you the opportunity to partner with all our business units. Which include Carlton & United Breweries, Asahi Lifestyle Beverages and Asahi Beverages New Zealand, brands include - Carlton Draught, Balter, Schweppes, Vodka Cruiser, Pepsi just to name a few.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally with Senior Leaders on major strategy projects, including Group transformation initiatives, M&A and strategic commercial projects to drive our competitive advantage across Innovation, Customer Strategy and Insights
- Partner Senior Business leaders to solve some of Asahi Beverages most complex problems to create long-term, sustainable value for the Region
- Support the creation of Asahi Beverages mid-term strategy to formulate the 5-year strategic roadmap for the Oceania region
- Proactively provide competitive intelligence to the ELT & GMs to help business divisions and group functions develop their long-term strategies and understand and adapt to changing conditions

**About you**:
You are a charismatic forward-thinking individual looking for an opportunity to grow your career within the Strategy space. Ideally you have a background working within the FMCG or Strategy Consultancy industry for 2 -3 years.

**You also have**:

- Proven background in a large scale, matrixed FMCG organization or similar industry. Alternatively, prior Strategy Consulting experience will be equally well regarded
- Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry preferred but not mandatory
- More than 2 years broad experience
