**Organisational Development Specialist**

The position reports to the Manager Employee Experience, and is focussed on initiatives related to employee experience, EVP, wellbeing, culture and engagement.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, and implementation, in support of a large culture transformation program of work.
- Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage employee data to drive organisational effectiveness and performance improvements.
- Utilise knowledge of organisational development practices and change management theory to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality communication output.
- Utilise data analytics to communicate stories and solve problems effectively.
- Liaise confidently with senior management across the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience working across OD initiatives and projects in a similar role/environment with a particular focus on EVP and wellbeing.
- Experience delivering programs of work relating to culture, engagement, and employee experience.
- Project management skills, including the ability to develop, deliver, and implement people projects successfully.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Literate in data, analytics, and insights.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage diverse work items simultaneously.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
