**About the role**

We are currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist in our Property & Niche Claims division, here at RACQ Insurance. As a specialist, you will provide supplier expertise to the Insurance business to help deliver the objectives of the RACQ group. The role is required to manage and support supplier performance to ensure they consistently exceed the needs of our members. Your key duties will be to:

- Design and develop governance, processes, and tools to help drive insights and actions to support improved partner performance.
- Analyse data and information to support and drive sustainability and performance of the RACQ partner network.
- Supporting the operation to remove impediments to resolving members claims.
- Participate in the development of processes and systems that shape the day-to-day workflows and performance of suppliers within Insurance.
- Use supplier performance framework to ensure RACQ gets the best outcomes from Claims suppliers.

**About you**

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be an expert communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills, as this will be paramount to the role. Your ability to build partnerships whilst understanding and navigating complex and changing industry environments will be critical. Insurance experience is preferred however we are open to those coming out of other industries. Ideally you will have:

- Strong commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of financial and commercial processes
- Previous partnerships or supply chain relationship experience within similar industries
- Strong technical skills including reporting and analysis
- Understanding and working knowledge of the Insurance Industry and relevant stakeholders, including Claims functions is desired.
