- Managing Me&U updates
- Updating external ordering platforms
- Replacing hardware when required
- Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and solving issues
- You can support system upgrades and routine maintenance with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with POS systems and ordering platforms
- Reliable and able to work independently when required
- Monitor system logs for errors, failed processes, or security issues
