**The role**:

- Oversee the service operations, ensuring a high level of service standard for this pumping rooftop bar
- Maintaining the bar’s revenue, profitability and quality goals through efficient operations, productivity, and guest service standards.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to guest concerns
- Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
- Driving innovation in your venue through creative ideas and processes
- Appraise collaborator performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Contribute to a culture of care and safety, overseeing workplace health and safety procedures
- Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol
