HSW is on the lookout for a **Casual Sustainability Steward** to join our award-winning Sustainability team. In this role you will support the Sustainability Manager with the goal of helping HSW become the most sustainable precinct on the planet. You will receive training from one of the leading sustainability teams in the Australian hospitality industry and use this knowledge to service the precinct and ensure all waste is diverted from landfill correctly.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Separating waste streams
- Record keeping
- Using baling machine to crush cardboard and tins.
- Processing food waste for our Goterra machine
- Keeping areas and equipment clean.

**What we’re looking for**:

- No experience necessary. Knowledge of kitchen operations is an **advantage.**:

- This role requires heavy lifting.
- **Availablity to work nights with 1am - 3am finishes is essential.**:

- 7 day availability is **preferred.**:

- Work collaboratively with others
- Must have own form of transportation due to late finishes
