We are building a passionate opening team who will deliver unforgettable hospitality, with food crafted to the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Positions Available

Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high food standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with menu execution and daily service.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs.
  • Manage prep, stock control, and ordering.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance

Pasta Chef

The Pasta Chef will be at the heart of Fellini's, creating fresh pasta every day in true Italian style.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to recipe and standard.
  • Master pasta doughs, shapes, and sauces.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient pasta section.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience making fresh pasta in a professional kitchen.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional Italian pasta recipes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo)

The Pizza Chef will run the wood-fired pizza section, creating authentic Italian pizzas with precision and speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough, toppings, and manage the pizza oven.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality pizzas under pressure.
  • Monitor stock and minimise waste.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team during service.

Requirements:

  • Experience as Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo in a busy pizzeria/trattoria.
  • Skilled in wood-fired or stone-fired pizza making.
  • Strong understanding of dough fermentation and handling.
