We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team

Reporting to the AP Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the full Accounts Payable function at the Artemus Group which encompasses Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane and Manly Wharf in Sydney, with other duties as required.

**Key AP Responsibilities will include**:

- Data Entry of invoices into MYOB Acumatica
- Manage and monitor AP workflow and approvals and data integration to MYOB Acumatica
- Complete regular payment runs
- Support & resolve internal and external stakeholder queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Completion of Supplier Credit Applications
- Continuous process improvement of the Accounts Payable function
- Assisting with wider Finance duties as needed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar end to end AP, high-volume, complex role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Proven ability to actively partner with both internal and external colleagues and management
- Self-driven with an ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to continually develop own skills and improve internal processes
- Strong skills in Excel
- An understanding of the Hospitality Industry is not essential but would be highly regarded
