Your role as Business Engagement Partner is to drive engagement with our key business partners through initiatives that improve stakeholder relationships, optimise customer experience and manage service delivery and performance expectations.

You will be the conduit for clients in to Shared Services to drive collaboration and identify areas of improvement. By leveraging your communication and negotiation skills, you’ll help navigate these complexities and drive meaningful improvements across our services.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or project management and/or relevant industry experience.
