The MCE Business Partner will work with our commercial business units and/or medical teams to develop and implement an omni-channel strategy to leverage the right content and channels to support superior customer engagement in line with our business priorities. The role will be reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement (CE). Other role tasks are as follows, but are not limited to:
- Partners with assigned business Units to develop, propose and manage MCE initiatives in line with strategy to improve productivity and business impact, and develop and drive MCE activities with cross functional collaboration in the affiliate, including platform selection, project implementation, global project localisation, finding the best partner to collaborate, choosing the right channel, maximise the customer relationship management (CRM),
- Advise and ideally support to create engaging, informative and compliant content across varied digital channels, to support lead generation, optimise our resources and differentiate our offerings to competitors, manage the Content Hub relationship and other relevant agencies to support optimal rollout of content, campaigns and customer journeys, as well as innovate in the digital technology space to support a future fit organisation
- Work closely with MCE Lead to ensure consistency across the business, and strategic planning and optimisation of function and processes, identify and engage key stakeholders in affiliate, region and IO (International Operations) to ensure alignment on MCE priorities and future direction, and collaborate with cross functions in CE team to optimize system, and improve customer information and engagement.
- The role will also interact with internal and external customers and key contacts on commercial Strategy related tasks in collaboration with Business Units, and technical related tasks in collaboration with the Global or Regional Technical teams.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Omnichannel/Digital Marketing experience in Healthcare, as well as excellent communications skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience in content creation is valued, while experience in Veeva OCE is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicines Australia regulatory framework is preferred
