**The role**
As the **Business Engagement Partner,** you’ll be all about driving business improvement initiatives and fostering collaborative relationships. Your focus will be on aligning services with organisational priorities, enhancing operational outcomes, and influencing strategic decision-making.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Manager Business Engagement, lead transformative initiatives to drive business improvement and operational excellence by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities. You will leverage analytical insights to optimise service delivery models, enhance effectiveness, and achieve impactful outcomes. In working closely with teams to develop and execute strategies that streamline processes, you will improve service delivery, and strengthen engagement with key business partners.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations
**What is an essential requirement**:
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or project management and/or relevant industry experience.
