About the role
Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, the P&C Business Partner role will play a critical role to ensure our people are happy, productive and receive the best possible employee experience.
You will be an integral member of our P&C team, responsible for taking the lead to deliver on a number of strategic projects across the employee lifecycle. You will contribute to creating a collaborative and inclusive culture; support our Leaders and our People across a range of matters including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations and change management.

You must enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Your passion for coaching people, delivering the best possible service and your results driven approach will see you succeed in this role.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 4+ years’ experience as a P&C Business Partner or extensive HR Generalist role.
- Experience managing HR projects
- The ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- A team player who will contribute to a high performing team.
- Flexible and agile approach with the ability to adapt to change.
