**The Role**

Key responsibilities and expectations include:

- Managing and planning the ongoing sustainment budget in support of the F/A-18F and EA-18G fleets.
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and reporting of budget performance for the F/A-18F and EA-18G capability.
- Analysing and recommending management options to improve budget performance and identification of risks.
- Providing detailed financial analysis and policy advice relating to complex program supportability requirements, and providing decision support to ACEASPO Executives.
- Identifying, anticipating and responding to stakeholders’ needs and expectations to achieve required outcomes.

The Air Combat and Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (ACEASPO) delivers in-service support for the Super Hornet and Growler fast jet fleets. With our Industry Partners, we deliver ready and relevant Super Hornet and Growler aircraft to Air Force. The Budget Manager works in the Product Management team which is one of five management units within ACEASPO that is responsible for the planning, delivery and assurance of the Air Combat and Electronic Attack (ACEA) capability for Air Force.
