**Your New Role**
As the Transformation Change Practice Lead, you will be responsible for building, leading, and evolving our enterprise change capability. You will drive strategic change interventions across the organisation and serve as a key partner to transformation, business, and technology leaders. Your role will be to ensure that change is understood, adopted, and sustained — not just implemented.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead and evolve the enterprise change practice, building and coaching a team of agile-savvy change practitioners
- Shape and implement the Change Practice roadmap, including the maintenance and evolution of enterprise change standards, tools, frameworks, and ways of working
- Develop and guide strategic change roadmaps that align with transformation goals, including communications, engagement, learning, coaching, and resistance management strategies
- Drive understanding of agile change across the business by equipping leaders, teams, and change agents with scalable change assets and repeatable approaches
- Act as a trusted advisor and influencer to senior leaders, coaching them on their role as sponsors and visible champions of change

You are a seasoned leader, who will build and lead a team of change practitioners, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
By shaping and implementing the Change Practice roadmap, you will ensure the maintenance and evolution of enterprise change standards, tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
You will develop strategic change roadmaps that align with transformation goals, including communications, engagement, learning, coaching, and resistance management strategies.
You will act as a trusted advisor and influencer to senior leaders, coaching them on their role as sponsors and visible champions of change and your contribution will be instrumental in embedding agile, human-centered, iterative change into the organisation's culture, ensuring that change is understood, adopted, and sustained.
You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in delivering large-scale and complex change transformations
- Expertise in agile transformation and change management principles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building productive relationships across all organisational levels
- Ability to influence senior leaders and shift their thinking on what effective change really means
