**CDAO **(Chief Data and Analytics Office) **oversees CommBank’s data, analytics, and AI acceleration, aiming to develop advanced capabilities in analytics, information management, and decision-making. This position reports to the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead and leads a team of skilled change specialists.

**In this role**

You will lead the change management of a major data transformation program with reach across the Group, integrating the change experience and guiding a team of change practitioners to deliver sustainable impact. This role is crucial in helping stakeholders unlock data value to support CBA’s goal of becoming the top AI bank globally.

**Do work that matters**

Responsibilities include:

- Understand and manage people-related benefits and risks of changes
- Engage and manage stakeholders within the Data Platform Domain and enterprise
- Develop, plan and execute integrated change strategies to cohesively manage people impacts
- Oversee change transition through communications, coaching, training and reinforcement hyper care initiatives
- Lead the development of high-quality change artefacts, traditional and emerging
- Work close with the communication lead to craft a compelling narrative supporting strategic and tactical needs
- Report on change management effectiveness with governance documentation, metrics and data
- Provide people leadership and management including direction, resourcing, skill building, coaching, resolution, performance management and engagement
- Implement a consistent way of operating across the chapter aligned with the CoE standards
- Deliver Crew and CoE outcomes
- Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving

- Experience data transformation programs and projects
- Understanding impacts of change and business drivers in Technology
- Presence and ability to influence
- A thought leader with exceptional change and communication capabilities and methods
- Ability to move between strategy, execution and people management daily
- Advanced in complex change planning and delivery involving customer-led outcomes from data transformation
- Proven track record in people leadership and complex large-scale change delivery
- Able to consult, influence, coach and drive change with and through all stakeholders
- Proven track record in complex change planning and delivery
- Experience in workshop design, working group facilitation, stakeholder engagement, training design and guiding communication
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
- Sound understanding of and experience in working in Agile
