Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled change management specialist to lead end-to-end initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement.

This role involves coaching teams through transformation, implementing well-executed change programs, and demonstrating the benefits of sound change management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective change strategies
  • Maintain transparent and timely progress updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management with a proven track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in financial or insurance sectors an asset
