This highly regarded organisation is known for providing programs and workshops that aims to improve the wellbeing of Australians and support those living with mental illness. Partnering with a Federal Government Department the organisation aims to make a meaningful impact to the Australian community through a national network of services.

To assist with ongoing offerings and support improved services, there is a requirement for an experienced Group Program Coordinator to join the team in Victoria to ensure the organisation is continually seen as a destination for individuals and their families.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Outreach, the successful Program Coordinator will be across several functions such as Marketing, Communications, Training and Operations. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with external stakeholders and in-centre counsellors to support promotion and delivery of group programs
- Collaborate with Group Support Officers to create an annual schedule of programs and workshops
- Recruit and onboard appropriately qualified and experienced Group Program Facilitators
- Assist with the planning, coordination and participation of educational workshops and clinical programs
- Encourage the uptake of online learning components of group treatment
- Track costs to support budget expenditure and monitor group participation utilising tracking sheets provided.
- Continue to be the positive voice that promotes the meaningful services available to the community

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in teaching, training and facilitating community or mental health services

**OR**
- Qualifications as a registered Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist or a Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration

**OR**
- A current Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People Checks
- Working history within the mental health and wellbeing industry delivering programs to groups and individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Possess organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage work loads
- A current driver’s licence with the ability to travel (if required) for site visits
