**Job Description**:

The Role

AECOM has a unique opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Group Coordinator to join our Civil Infrastructure team based in Melbourne.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position, where you will be dedicated to delivering a high-quality service to support managers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of these two business lines.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ High level administrative and project support for the teams.

+ Maintain electronic diary for team leaders.

+ Administer all aspects of meetings and events from ordering catering, agenda creation, minute taking (when required) to room set up.

+ Manage enquiries when necessary, from internal and external clients and ensure follow up action is taken in a timely manner.

+ Coordinate team initiatives and activities.

+ Arrange travel and accommodation for team members in accordance with AECOM policies and guidelines.

+ Document creation and formatting to ensure a high-quality outcome to AECOM brand standards.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of team policies and procedures to ensure compliance to AECOM standards.

+ Other duties as required to assist the teams in achieving their goals.

**Qualifications**:
This is a varied and busy role that would suit someone who is proactive and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment.

You will have proven experience in an administration support role, preferably in a professional services environment. Above all, you will have a friendly and outgoing personality and be someone that enjoys helping others. You will also be required to demonstrate the following key attributes:
+ Efficient, highly organised with solid time-management skills

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ A flexible approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting priorities.

+ Multi-skilled and adaptable with the ability to show drive and initiative.

+ Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

+ Capability to build strong relationships with customers, both internal and external.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to pick up new systems is essential.
