About North East Link
North East Link is the biggest ever investment in Melbourne's north-east - changing the way people move around Melbourne.
Victoria's longest road tunnels will fix the missing link in our city's freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads a day and slash travel times by up to 35 minutes. We'll also complete the Ring Road in Greensborough, overhaul the Eastern Freeway, build Melbourne's first dedicated busway and the North East Trail - more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.
About the Opportunity
Be part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria, with an exciting role in the North East Link Program's Commercial and Legal
Sitting within the Central Package Commercial team and reporting to the Commercial Lead, the Project Coordinator (Governance and Records) is responsible for the organisation of key governance forums of the Central Package and providing high level secretariat and document management support for the Central Commercial team.
This is a diverse and stimulating role for those looking to bring their administrative, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills to a fast-paced project environment and make a real, positive impact.
Travel and time spent at a site office (Abbotsford, Bulleen and Heidelberg) will be requirement of this position.
About You
**You will be responsible for**:
- Promoting and communicating good records and information management practice within the Public Records Office Victoria (PROV) guidelines and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
- Providing high level, confidential support for a range of governance forums, including coordinating diaries of senior stakeholders, liaising with external organisations and individuals at senior levels within the private and public sectors, coordinating papers and briefings, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions.
- Organising, schedule, and providing executive support for conferences, meetings, briefings, and presentations as necessary, including the preparation of materials and equipment when required (internal and external) for the Central Commercial team.
- Managing and maintaining local records and document management databases and assist team with electronic records management.
