**About the Project**
Georgiou is proud to be part of the Tonkin Extension Alliance - a key infrastructure initiative that will improve connectivity and safety across Perth's north-eastern corridor. With major road upgrades and new transport connections underway, this project presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in WA's infrastructure landscape.

**About the role**
As a result of Georgiou’s significant growth, we are now seeking to strengthen the administrative function of our Engineering team through the appointment of a Site Administrator. The location is in the Byford region but starting in the Osborne Park Head Office prior mobilisation to site.

**What you're good at**:

- Proven experience in site administration or a similar role in the civil construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), project management software or procurement software suits (highly desirable).
- Understanding of construction processes, WHS regulations, and industry documentation requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensures accurate timesheet collation, payroll/HR query resolution and maintains site documentation, files, and archives.
- Accounts Payable Assistance - Invoice processing, management of key accounts, new supplier vendor onboarding and cost accrual entries.
- Rebranding of project documentation in Word, Excel and Visio.
- Document control and document management.
- Assistance in managing labour hire contract requirements and assessment of claims.
- Document execution assistance in DocuSign.
- System training for new starters and ongoing support in relation to internal systems and troubleshooting.
- General administration including but not limited to; meeting minute taking, assistance on event arrangement, daily cost tracking and payment of utility providers.
- Undertakes additional duties as directed to support business operations effectively.
