**Techforce Personnel** is thrilled to partner with an industry leader in their search for a talented Site Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support.

This is a site-based administration role, working FIFO on a 5:2 and 4:3 roster doing 12hr shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, your primary responsibility will involve delivering comprehensive administrative support across all daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on site
- Coordinate new starter processes, including travel and inductions
- Manage site access and induction requirements for visitors and subcontractors
- Perform data entry and prepare reports via SAP system
- Procure supplies and manage purchase requests via SAP system
- Maintain accurate site and personnel records via SAP system

**Ideal Requirements**:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running It will help if you meet the following role criteria:

- Previous experience as a FIFO Site Administrator (Mining/Civil)
- Understanding of Mining Production processes
- BHP induction preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
