Casual pool available for experienced FIFO Site Administrators
**Exciting opportunity for experienced Site Administrators looking to expand their skillset.**
**In this role you will be working on the Site Camp.**
**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with some of Western Australia’s leading Mining and Facilities Management companies and we are seeking experienced Site Administrators to join our casual pools. This position will entail working at a variety of different sites flying out from Perth WA.
**Your new role**
- Welcoming and assisting all residents and visitors with site access and room keys
- Managing the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
- Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees and contractors
- Data Entry and compiling reports for various stakeholders
- Logging and assisting with maintenance requests
- Preparing daily housekeeping runs
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior Site Administration experience on camp or site
- Advanced computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience using INX or a similar accommodation management system
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reside in WA and able to fly out from Perth Airport
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
- Obtain a national police clearance
