**THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced Site Administrators for our shutdown and project works across Australia’s largest mine sites in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions.

As a Site Administrator your duties may include:

- Providing administrative support to our site leadership and projects team
- Liaising with our Perth based planning team regarding changes to flights, accommodation, transfers
- Day to day site administration duties including timesheets, radio management, raising purchase orders, maintaining office consumables
- Coordinate meetings, preparing and distributing minutes
- Assist with daily and weekly reporting

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered you will hold the following:

- 12 months FIFO site administration experience, preferably within mining
- Experience with CMS/ Workflow / SAM / Pegasus is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency across MS Office suite
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Construction White Card
- A National Police Check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
- Rio, FMG, Roy Hill, BHP, Newmont or Goldfields inductions are advantageous
