**About your new role**:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for a range of reception and administrative tasks. At reception you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors to Warrigal. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills you will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community. You will also assist with various administration tasks in the day-to-day operation of the Warrigal site.
There are a number of casual positions available to work across the Illawarra sites as needed, including the Administration Office at Albion Park Rail.
**To be successful you will need**:

- At least 2 years experience in office administration.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- An affinity with older people.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
