**About the opportunity**
The Service and Warranty Officer reports to the Service and Warranty Team Leader and is part of the MJH Service and Warranty team. The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to internal stakeholders by coordinating inspections and assisting with general maintenance requirements during the pre-handover, defect and warranty periods. More specifically, you will:
- Provide an unbeatable customer experience
- Co-ordinating and manage the Post-Practical Completion Client Contact program
- Liaising with clients and Service & Warranty Servicepersons and Handover Supervisors regarding booking inspections, maintenance service dates and general maintenance requirements
- Following up service reports and entering data and service defects into computer system, as appropriate
- Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative duties such as scanning, filing, typing, etc
**About you**
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
- A flexible approach and attitude towards your work
- Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry (building your own home etc)
