Our client is a globally renowned and experienced construction consultancy, specialising in cost management and advisory services.

**Your new role**
The ICT Change Analyst will be responsible for supporting the IT Product Manager in the implementation of changes within a suite of internal digital products used by the organisation’s Quantity Surveyors across the globe. The ICT Change Analyst will be embedded within a development team to understand the impact of changes and to ensure there is a seamless transition of updated software systems and processes across the business.
- Develop change management plans for software system updates.
- Author communications collateral relevant to change initiatives.
- Deliver training programs.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Support change management at the organisational level.
- Engage with local, interstate and international stakeholders to deliver change, building trust and gaining their confidence.
- Maintain support documentation, blog posts and videos as user interface updates are made.
- Design training programs using a learning management system, videos and webinars.
- Document, minute and track actions as an outcome of user group meetings and other formal interacts.
- Track and report issues raised during the course of training and general engagement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
The ICT Change Analyst requires a broad range of key skills and attributes to adequately satisfy the expectations of the role. These include, but are not limited to:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Solid understanding of the process of change.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and MS Teams.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Ability to multi-task prioritising various projects / tasks for multiple report lines.
- Proactive approach and ability to use initiative and be accountable.
- Ability to provide logical and practical solutions to tasks / problems.
- Cooperates and works well with other team members in pursuit of team goals by collaborating and sharing information.

Desirable skills
- Basic experience with design tools such as the Adobe suite.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and creating content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Teaching or similar.
