**The Role**
This government department requires a Change Analyst to work on an Asset Management Systems implementation project to ensure a seamless transition of system and organisational changes into Business as Usual operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribution, facilitate and performance of specific organisational change management activities across project phases.
- Liaising with Stakeholders
- Development of internal communication strategies
- Provide business and change readiness assessments
- Implement and support plans
