High profile State Government organisation seeks experienced Change Analyst for 6 month role

**Your new company**
This State Government Body focuses on ensuring Victoria’s park and nature are protected, sustainable and accessible for the public. This area focuses on asset management across the organisation. A Change Analyst position has been created to ensure that upcoming change related projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting the Change Manager with coordinating the seamless transition of the organisation’s new and updated systems and other change related projects. Further, you will be tasked with:

- Assisting on the development & design of training programs including the creation of training materials
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business to ensure positive engagements for those affected
- Supporting the delivery of change related projects through effective change management

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of supporting or delivering on change programs. This will be supported by:

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of sending high-level communications being looked at favourably
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with stakeholders across an organisation at differing levels
- Change management experience highly favourable and no Public Sector experience necessary for this role
