An excellent **full time, permanent** career opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Service Advisor **to join our** Production facility** located in **Wacol**.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service whilst providing administration support to assist the Production Workshop Team.

**What you will do**:

- Provide service advisory support to the production workshop team.
- Build relationships with internal customers to ensure ongoing business and documentation records.
- Input data from the workshop with defects sheets and record daily issues sheets
- Maintain document control system for inspections and rectification departments within the production team.
- Increase and maximise efficiencies within department.

**About you**:

- High School Certificate.
- Completion or in the process of completing a Certificate in Parts Interpreting or Service Advising (desirable) or equivalent qualification/ industry training and/or experience.
- Trade qualifications (for heavy vehicle) (desirable).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Advisory or other related industry role.
- Sound knowledge of vehicles either in the heavy vehicle or light vehicle and other associated products sold.
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogues, bulletins and support literature.
- Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
- Ability to work un-supervised.
