**We're seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as an Advisor, Asset Services. In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing administration and coordination services across various support functions.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide financial administration support, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks, such as asset management, insurance, and property leasing
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other systems to track and analyse data
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on asset management and administrative matters

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Demonstrated experience in a busy administration and support role, ideally in a complex and fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract and analyse data and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
