**As the Advisor (Operations) your key accountabilities include**:

- Facilitate ongoing relationships, contract monitoring, communication, support and liaison between RSCO, suppliers, Calibration Laboratory, Fleet Management, camera operators and other internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in projects and assist with risk and impact assessments, documentation, research and evaluation of speed camera systems
- Coordinate speed camera resourcing, including the development and continual improvement of processes, procedures and office systems
- Lead quality assurance of deployment validation processes and monitor and report on speed camera deployments, compliance, statistics, risks and issues
- Monitor, coordinate and plan mobile speed camera calibration, maintenance and replacement to schedules, including arrangements for repairs from approved suppliers
- Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams
