Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru and Isuzu brands at the Morayfield site.

Due to growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our highly successful team at Morayfield.

As a key brand ambassador for the Keystar business, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability through providing quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the following:

- Booking in services
- Providing quotes and repair estimates
- Partnering with the Workshop Controller regarding work being carried out within agreed timeframes
- Organising the handing over the vehicle once the service has been completed
- To be successful you must possess the following:_
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed the customers’ expectations.
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service and sales environment
- A full drivers licence and sound driving record
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to think on your feet
