We are seeking an innovative, contemporary-thinking Advisor who can formulate the multi-disciplinary work streams that will inform and manage our diverse, high investment asset portfolio. The Advisor, Asset Services provides business support and quality advice to resolve day to day activities and arising issues. This busy 'allrounder' role will require high calibre interpersonal and relationship building skills in light of the key stakeholder relationships (internal and external) at all levels.
As a key member of the Facilities and Assets team, you will need to:

- Develop, and/or maintain Command registers and databases, and ensure data currency, credibility and accuracy at all times. These include leases, facilities, fleet, documents, contracts, uniforms, asset and facility insurance/s, service providers, uniforms, and similar.
- Assist the Manager, Asset Services to undertake a broad range of financial activities including end of month accruals, journals, budget submissions and estimates, financial reporting, and basic analysis, and invoicing and costing.
