**Position Summary**

The Office Administrator handles organisational and clerical support tasks to assist the company in its day-to-day functions. They demonstrate an ability to perform tasks as they arise and can adapt to new circumstances and effectively performs tasks within occasional time constraints and flexibility in hours.

This position is based onsite in Brisbane, QLD.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Performs general office duties, coordinates events, maintains information utilising Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, and other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Monitors and orders inventory for office and kitchen supplies
- Assists with internal administration requests, as assigned, by selected members of Executive and POps
- Supports the Marketing team to coordinate and execute external facing events
- Supports the creation of internal communications documentation, as assigned by Marketing
- Be an employee and customer experience champion

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- Minimum one year of previous work experience (ideally in Customer Service)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and is a self-starter
- Exceptional ability to multitask, and to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate high standard of customer service skills by building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Seeks opportunities proactively to improve processes and overall efficiency of the organisation
