**The Opportunity**:
ElectraNet is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business & Project Support professional to join our team within the Delivery division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our business, projects and team in achieving outstanding results. You'll provide a broad range of administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project delivery.
Success in this role is characterised by the ability to work with mínimal instruction, accuracy and timeliness, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative, the ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks and provide high level customer service to support the team to deliver outcomes.
**About You**:
Here's what we're looking for in our next team member:
- Have a proven track record in a similar business or project support role, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong communicator, excelling in both written and verbal communication with exceptional customer service skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail paired with strong analytical, planning and organisational skills is essential.
- Is a natural problem-solver, have the ability to take initiative, gather information, and exercise independent judgment to address issues effectively.
- Adaptable and have a positive attitude, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience in document management and maintaining accurate systems and databases is a plus.
- Previous experience in supporting the development, maintenance and continual improvement of business frameworks, registers, systems, databases, procedures and processes is desirable but not essential.
