**About the role**

Our
**Relief Home Loan Specialist** supports customers and their current and future lending needs. You'll be challenging yourself every day to deliver sales results, build local networks and relationships, and help our customers achieve their financial goals through our great value products and services.

In this
**Permanent, Full Time Relief** role we'll be looking to you for mortgage expertise, so you'll need experience in lending or credit assessment, supporting customers and building relationships for long term benefit. You'll also need to demonstrate that you enjoy:

- Meeting new people to understand their home lending and banking needs
- Building connections across the bank and the local communities you serve
- Supporting and helping other Bankers to learn and grow
- Helping solve problems to ensure a seamless mortgage experience
- Negotiating and influencing skills in a similar home lending role
- Getting results for your satisfied customers is a key personal driver
- Flexible to travel across our Sydney branch network
