**About the role**:
Our clients contact us to report maintenance issues, make rent enquiries or discuss any aspect of their portfolio with our experts. We work closely with a diverse range of clients who are active participants of public services and sectors.
On a daily basis you’ll:

- Ensure that all work order management related requirements are managed and controlled promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, documents.

**What we are looking for**:

- As we are working with federal government clients,**you must be an Australian citizen** and be willing to undergo a police check.
- Sound computer skills with experience using Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
