**What we have on offer**
Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Officer on a permanent basis to provide “best in class” service for Australian and New Zealand customers, whilst ensuring compliance to business and regulatory policy.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll;
- Have at least 1 years’ customer service experience in a contact centre environment in the financial services industry
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service within Pepper guidelines.
- Proven to be self-motivated, driven, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
