**What We Have on Offer**

We are seeking an experienced Securities Officer on a permanent basis to ensure the compliance to business and regulatory policy in the processing of post settlement administration tasks whilst providing “best in class” service for Australian and New Zealand mortgage customers.

**What We Are Looking for in You**
- A Mortgages background in post settlements, preferably within an administrative environment, for a minimum of 4 years.
- Process and assess requests for Partial Discharges, Subdivisions, Easements, Substitution of Security and other security related variations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
- Ensure retention of asset quality and adherence with LMI requirements
- Ensure changes to loans are processed correctly and customer correspondence is correct and of high service standard.
