**SALARY: $83K + Super + Benefits**

**YOUR DAY**
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Front Desk and Concierge. You will be supported by the AFOM, Night Manager, Concierge, and an experienced team of Duty Managers. This role will require the ability to work a 7-day roster and flexibility with your availability and shifts.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective trainer and coach
- The capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to create a positive first impression
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and financial reporting
- Previous work experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager at 5-star hotels or similar environment
