**You must possess the following experience and skills**
- Experience in front office operations and ready to step up in a leadership capacity as an Front Office Supervisor. Opportunity to be groomed to Assistant Manager.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
- Act as Manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Assistant Manager or the Front Office Manager in dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
- Flexible and ability to work on a rotating roster which includes night shift, weekends and public holidays
- Be aware and able to enforce Emergency Respond Safety Procedures.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
