Shared Services Administrator

A Shared Services Administrator job paying $60k + super for a property development / management company in Canning Vale.

**Your new company**

My client is a large property developer / management company in Canning Vale looking for their next Shared Services Administrator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-paced environment.

**Your new role**

You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to multiple services within the business whilst staffing the reception area. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;-
- Ensure all visitors and contractors are inducted and register is kept up to date- Inputting and processing of invoices- Ensuring files and the database is kept up to date**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar industry as an administrator and your strong attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will;- Ability to plan your work and prioritise tasks in order of urgency- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
