**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Officer to assist with our branded and manage new product launches. This role involves overseeing the entire project cycle, regular reporting of contract status, You will provide high quality procurement and contract management services, including the development of contract works specifications, tender and contract documentation, management of tender and contract processes, monitoring of contractor performance, management of contract relationships and communications, the provision of sound records management and providing advice on procurement and contract management issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage contract administration from awarding the contract, monitor, updated and finalise contract information at completion.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and progress.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project cycle for new product launches and packaging tenders.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product specifications.
- Liaise with key account clients and suppliers and ensure compliance with market and tender requirements.
- Work closely with the team to prepare tender documents and strategies to win bids.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of project deliverables through close supervision of the operation team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications; bachelor or above will be ideal.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
- Extensive experience in packaging and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Solid understanding of the Chinese market and tender processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
