The Offer

  • Part-time hours each week: Monday, Thursday, Friday (8am–5pm)

  • 3-month casual contract to begin with view to permanency

  • $32.66 per hour + super

  • Potential to move to full-time once permanent

About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their growing team in Cheltenham. Starting on a 3-month casual contract with the potential to go permanent (and potentially full-time), this role will see you supporting the business across administration, reception, and executive support tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing emails, calendars, and inbound calls

  • Coordinating appointments with high-value clients

  • Providing reception and front-of-house support

  • Handling general administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly

About You

  • Strong background in administration, communications, or customer service

  • Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills

  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities

  • Articulate with good business acumen
