**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Guest, Property & Facility Services & Handyperson

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure appropriate maintenance of the property and its facilities are completed to satisfy customer requirements. Areas include but not limited to; motel rooms and houses, recreation centre, conference rooms, guest common areas and gardens
- To ensure appropriate cleaning tasks are completed to satisfy customer requirements.
- To ensure back of house stock levels are adequate
- To ensure cooperative working relationships exist between staff.

Actions:
1. To follow policy and procedures in carrying out maintenance and cleaning duties.

2. To liaise with other staff, managers and customers to assist in the delivery of customer service.

3. Order stock as necessary

4. Respond to internal customer inquiries and requirements.

5. Respond to external customer inquiries and requirements.

**Salary**: $23.52 - $48.68 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GOLDEN POINT, VIC 3350: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
