Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent data entry skills? Our client, a leading provider of air conditioning and heating solutions, is seeking a talented Customer Service Officer to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support This is a maternity leave position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and capture sales order details accurately for entry into SAP (i.e. customer details, stock levels, delivery detail, and pricing.)
- Maintain accurate and timely delivery dates.
- Enter and act on change on orders, such as model numbers, stock availability, order changes.
- Improve customer relations through the prompt and professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure customers are kept informed that might affect their sales order and delivery.
- Ensure all administrative duties are carried out correctly, promptly, and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Daikin products and services.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
