**The Role**

Pirtek’s National Office in Kings Park ‘s OEM division requires a motivated, enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team as an OEM Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager - OEM, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage customer order entries
- Manage and update client accounts
- Liaise with the OEM Sales Team to provide best possible support to Customers
- Communicate customer expectations to Production Team
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Update client databases
- Perform general administration tasks

**You**

This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service officer who has worked within an industrial business who is friendly, helpful, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable manner
- At least 3 years' experience in a customer service position, ideally within a technical / production type environment
- Extensive experience using MS office software
- Sound industry knowledge
- Experience using Infor Syteline - preferable but not essential
