**About the Role and the Team**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an integral part in our Customer Service team. You will be a thinker that is familiar with processing a variety of data entry and administrative duties in a fast-paced transport office.

We are not your usual Customer Service team, we understand that every call is different and every situation requires a unique approach. We are driven by excellence and strive to achieve a high standard of service for our customers daily.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing customer service and resolution to customer queries
- Data entry (customer pick ups & consignment notes)
- Time slot bookings
- Creating onforwarding manifests
- Accurate pallet reporting
- Assisting other team members and departments as required
- Liaising with drivers and fleet team to retrieve outcomes for customers within a timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including FAA depots nationally

- Strong administration and learning skills

- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

- Problem-solving using resources and teamwork
- Previous experience within a road transport environment is required
- High level of data entry experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
