**The Company**
Our client is based in the Sydney CBD and is a well-known brand that operates and manages racing in NSW. They are a major regulatory body and looking for someone to start immediately on a contract basis to improve their processes and manage change.

**The Role**
As a Process and Business Improvement Specialist, your duties will include, but not be limited to
- Identifying and mapping out the different areas of the business and any gaps in the processes
- Working with employees to understand their roles and provide job descriptions and parameters for each persons role
- Working closely with the managers to understand different areas of the business
- Suggest and implement processes that will improve efficiencies
- Understanding the previous systems in place to ensure that the new process is functional
- Mapping and designing the workflow processes

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- **Proven success in process improvement with end-to-end and autonomous management in process or business improvement or change management**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work with varying personalities
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible approach and the ability to manage anything thrown at you
